Using this site
321oak.com is an informational site. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
What we collect, and why
321oak.com is an informational site. We don't have user accounts, don't process payments, and don't collect names, addresses, or other personal information through the site itself.

We don't set cookies, use third-party trackers or ad networks, sell or share data with brokers or marketing partners, or collect biometrics or precise location.

We do not sell or share personal information with anyone outside this list (see California rights, below). Cloudflare's global network means your request may be processed outside your home country to reach our site, under Cloudflare's own data-transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
Analytics/server logs are aggregated and anonymous, retained per Cloudflare's own policy. Email is kept as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted routinely.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or ask us to restrict our processing, or ask for a copy of it in a portable format. We'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the same rights above plus the right to opt out of sale/sharing (we don't do either) and non-discrimination for exercising these rights; you may use an authorized agent to submit a request. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed using data collected on this site.
Children's privacy
321oak.com is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
